Freight Forwarding

Air & Ocean Freight

Two coastlines, three airport gateways, and an honest answer about which you need.

The problem we solve

Saudi Arabia sits on two coastlines, and choosing the wrong one adds days of inland trucking to an otherwise efficient sailing. We route ocean cargo through the gateway genuinely closest to its destination, and we use air freight only where the arithmetic supports it: a production line about to stop, a tender deadline, a perishable window, a spare part holding up a rig. For everything else we will tell you plainly that sea freight will do.

  • FCL, LCL, reefer, flat rack and open top equipment
  • Express, consolidated and deferred air service levels
  • Charter and part charter for oversized or urgent uplift
  • Demurrage actively managed rather than passively billed

Capabilities

How the service actually runs

Four areas where the detail decides whether a shipment is straightforward or expensive.

01

Full and less than container load

Twenty foot, forty foot and forty foot high cube equipment on scheduled services from Asia, Europe, the Americas and intra Gulf origins. Weekly groupage consolidations run into both Jeddah and Dammam, with cargo palletised, wrapped and photographed at the origin warehouse.

02

Temperature controlled

Reefer containers with continuous temperature logging for food, pharmaceutical and chemical cargo, plus plug in monitoring while the box sits on the terminal.

03

Scheduled and charter uplift

Allocation on major carriers into King Fahd International Dammam, King Khalid International Riyadh and King Abdulaziz International Jeddah, with backup routings held where cargo is time critical. Full and part charters arranged for project equipment and relief cargo.

04

Sea to air hybrid

Ocean to a Gulf hub then air on the final leg. Roughly half the transit of pure sea freight at a fraction of pure air cost, for cargo whose timing sits between the two.

Questions

Air & Ocean Freight: the things clients ask first

Jeddah Islamic Port and King Abdullah Port on the Red Sea, King Abdulaziz Port Dammam and Jubail Commercial Port on the Arabian Gulf, plus Riyadh Dry Port for inland clearance. By air we work through Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah.

We track the free time clock from the moment of discharge and start clearance in parallel rather than sequentially. If a document is missing we tell you while there is still time to fix it, not after charges begin accruing.

Not always. The flight is short, but clearance, terminal handling and inland delivery are the same either way. Where a shipment has a two week window, sea freight often arrives comfortably in time at a much lower cost, and we will say so.
