What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number and shipment details you choose to provide. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details or government identification documents through this website.

Our servers record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working, not to build a profile of you.

Why we use it

We use the information you submit for a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange and administer the shipments you ask us to handle.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Delivering a shipment necessarily involves other parties: shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, insurers and, where applicable, partner hauliers. We share only what those parties need in order to move or clear your cargo.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so by a competent Saudi authority.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become shipments are retained for up to twenty-four months so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records relating to actual shipments are retained for the period required by Saudi customs and commercial record-keeping obligations.
